Went in today, all locked up, you had to buzz in. Receptionist came out, first thing she said was....can you sanitize your hands? No, thanks, I've just showered, this all went down hill from here. She then went on one. I have come for a repete prescription........... she shouted down from her high horse, you will have to phone, you are not coming in. Where on earth she got the power to order me around I have no idea, who do these people think they are?
