Tried to see my DR.

Phoned this morning, and was kept on hold for 20 minutes. The receptionist asked what was my problem? I told her I want to see the doctor, and not discuss anything with her. She told me to call back tomorrow, and then I may get a phone appointment? The NHS is finished, please wake up.
