Census?

It's all over the news, you will be fined if you fail to fill in the form(which only take 10 mins), and it is against the law not to? Never in all my life have I heard it was law, and I will never fill one in.How many laws are these low lifes making up, how many liberties are they taking away,how many more rules must we follow? They are none stop, day after day they change our lives, and make us do as we are told. How much more are we going to put up with until we crack?
