Just been up to C11

An old friend has had a stroke, he's 76. The other old guys in there looked like they were on death row. They were all over 70, all alone, and all being cared for by muslims. Not a single white nurse or doctor. Muslims are a weird cult, but no shit, they are looking after our elderly, and doing a great job.

Upon arrival, I walked through a cloud of smoke, yes smokers by the dozen outside of the main reception. Why the hell do they allow it?
