Australian points system?

If you have had an education, if you have a skill, if you are a doctor or nurse, you will score some big points.
What if you're a single mum?Disabled?Unskilled? Then you are not getting in out country, and I think this is barbaric.Who are we to decide who can have a better life, it seems the ones who really need it are not welcome?
