Sat with one of the kids.

We watched some of the childrens channels on freeview. There was a limited amount of shows, but enough to keep her happy. CITV CBBies etc.
I noticed a wierd advert, then another and realized there were a lot of them.

I got the stopwatch out for the next programme, and in a 30 minutes childrens show, there were 16 minutes of advertisements. If they watch 4 hours of TV a day,  that's 15 hours a week of adverts going into their heads, and they have no choice. Why do we allow our kids to be brainwashed and targeted by Ad companies? Our children need protection from these vultures. In my opinion this is child abuse, they should be ashamed doing this to our defenseless children.
